Erez Ofer
Erez joined Greylock in 2005 and currently serves on the Board of Camero, eSnips and Illuminator. Erez has been the visionary behind some of the most strategic moves of EMC Corporation - one of today's most admired technology firms, including EMC's transition from a mainframe focus to open systems, and, the entry of EMC into the software business. He formerly served as executive vice president in charge of technology strategy for EMC Corporation, reporting to president and CEO Joe Tucci. In this role he defined EMC's future technology directions, advised the CEO and played a major role in the technical direction of the company's strategic partnerships and merger & acquisition activities. Prior to that, Erez served as EMC's executive vice president of open software, a business that grew from one product line to a multi-hundred million dollar level. During his eleven-year tenure at EMC, Erez also held various R&D roles. He oversaw development efforts with strategic partners, and established EMC's first R&D presence in California and India. A holder of more than 30 storage-related patents, he also served in various development and project management roles at Silver Arrow in Israel and the U.S., as well as with the Israeli Air Force.

Erez holds engineering undergraduate and Masters degrees from The Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts.

Regina Phelps
Regina Phelps is an internationally recognized expert in the field of emergency management and continuity planning.  Since 1982, she has provided consultation and speaking services to clients in four continents.   She is founder of Emergency Management & Safety Solutions a consulting and training firm. Regina’s consulting niche includes incident/crisis management team development, emergency operations center design, the development of emergency exercises for large, multi-national, multi-location companies and pandemic planning. A frequent speaker at international disaster conferences such as DRJ, CPM and the World Conference on Disaster Management, she is consistently rated the top presenter at those events.

Peter Shambora
Peter was most recently CEO of Data Center Technologies (DCT), a storage software company with the engineering team located in Belgium. DCT was acquired by Veritas Corporation in April 2005. Prior to DCT Peter was the founder and CEO of StorageWay an early leader in the SSP sector. Peter has 30 years experience in the computer storage market. He has operational knowledge of both the Domestic and International market. Peter was a Naval Aviation Officer, serving for ten years and achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He was also a part time instructor in International Business at the University level. He holds a MS from USC in Systems Management and a BS from San Jose State University in Industrial Management.

Howard Schweitzer
Howard is a Chief Solutions Officer with over 20 years of diversified international experience specializing in technology. Howard has held numerous roles in technology with several Fortune 500 companies and other large businesses in diversified industries. Mr. Schweitzer was CIO for O’Melveny & Myers LLP and Dole Food Corporation and has held various technology roles at Teledyne, L’Oreal and Hughes Aircraft Company. Schweitzer is a graduate of Western Michigan University.

Jason Fuchs
Jason is currently Vice President, IT Operations, at Telephia, Inc., (now Nielsen Mobile) where he has served as the head of IT for nearly 7 years.  He has helped Telephia grow its support services, infrastructure and data center operations from a first-round startup to a profitable, mature, mid-size business.  Prior to Telephia, he was CIO of Verida, an Internet startup that launched the first net-marketplace for Agricultural inputs and outputs in North America.
