Tom Frangione - President & CEO, Founder
Tom is the President and CEO of Simply Continuous. He is responsible for executing the company's strategy to democratize business continuity by allowing small- and medium-sized enterprises to realize the same levels of protection and resiliency, afforded only by the largest corporations.

In 1998 he co-founded Telephia, served as the CEO for 4 years, continued on the management team until late 2004, and currently serves as a member on the board of directors. During his tenure, Telephia grew revenue to over $50 million, served all of the major wireless carriers (e.g., Verizon, Sprint, Cingular, T-Mobile, Alltel), as well as other major industry players (e.g., Motorola, Nokia). Telephia is the world's largest provider of syndicated consumer research to the telecom and mobile media markets. More importantly, Telephia has helped change the way the wireless industry operates and markets its services.

Prior to that, Tom spent six years with McKinsey & Co. in New York, Milan, and Palo Alto. He was a part of the team that opened the Palo Alto office. He served clients in a broad variety of industries, including semi-conductor manufacturing, consumer software publishing, telecom equipment manufacturing, and major commodities production. He has been involved in a variety of efforts with these clients, including creating market strategies, acquisition advisory, core business processes re-engineering.

Tom holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University.



Chris Eidler - CTO, Founder
Chris was most recently with Mendocino Software, a pioneer in the continuous data technology market, which he helped to launch in 2003. At Mendocino, Chris served in multiple executive roles, leading the product operations, services, and support organizations. Prior to that, he co-founded the industry's first shared storage utility, StorageWay, where he served as the VP of Engineering and CTO. Chris has also held executive positions at NAS pioneer Auspex Systems, SRM software pioneer Connex (now known as SANavigator, a subsidiary of McData Corporation), and IP based SAN pioneer Nishan Systems.

Chris began his career writing software for mainframe storage devices and was a key member of the team that built the world's first commercially developed RAID storage system in the 1980’s. He holds six US Patents, and his team holds countless more. Chris has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Engineering from San Jose State University.



Stanley Chan – Director, Business Development
Stanley has over twelve years of success in technology sales and marketing. Most recently, he held management roles at Equinix helping the company grow from a pre-IPO start-up to a $280 million global leader in building and operating outsourced, mission-critical data centers. His organizations developed services to support notable clients such as Google, Yahoo!, eBay, and IBM. Prior to Equinix, Stanley was at Sun Microsystems managing and developing strategic partnerships. His primary focus was on driving the success of Sun’s enterprise-class servers and storage products. His contributions helped the channel organization exceed revenue targets each of his five years there. Stanley has also held product development and testing positions at Citicorp, where he worked on the first generation Internet home banking service.

Stanley holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA and an MBA from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.


Bryan Davis – Director, Software Development
Bryan brings over twenty years of experience developing enterprise software and leading teams of engineers for successful companies such as Apple Computer and Plumtree Software. He has built innovative software products for diverse industries including technology, financial services, medical, and telecommunications. Most recently, Bryan served as Architect and Lead Engineer at BEA Systems where he was responsible for enabling businesses to build custom portals through the use of products such as AquaLogic Interaction Pages, AquaLogic Interaction Publisher, and AquaLogic Interaction Studio. Previously, Bryan led a technical team at Bitlocker to develop a full-featured web-based relational database tool in an early software as a service (SaaS) play.

Bryan is a pioneer in Java service-oriented architecture, integration and application development.


Tom Wondolleck – Senior Program Manager
With over 10 years of project and program management experience, Tom has led and completed large-scale projects and programs for companies such as Chevron, Planet Moon Studios and Telephia. Prior to Simply Continuous, Tom served as Director of Operations for Telephia, the world’s largest provider of syndicated consumer research to the telecom and mobile media markets. While at Telephia, revenue grew from $3 million to $60 million. Tom helped facilitate the explosive growth by leading an operations team to support new product launches as well as improve the operation and production process without increasing staffing or compromising quality in service.

As a certified Agile SCRUM Master, Simply Continuous relies on Tom’s leadership to drive product and service releases that meet the disaster recovery needs of customers. Tom is a competitive yachtsman and sits on the Board of Directors as Rear Commodore at the Encinal Yacht Club. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geology from San Francisco State University.
