How Data Protect Vault Works
Data Protect Vault copies data and transmits it securely to our datacenters for safe storage.

Here are the steps we take to ensure you have quick and reliable access to your data in times of an emergency.

1. We install, configure, and fully manage an onsite appliance (separate from the Data Domain Appliance) along with simple software agents on the servers managing your data.
2. The onsite appliance copies and sends encrypted data to our datacenters via secure Internet connections.
3. In the event of a disaster or a scheduled test, Simply Continuous will ship a Data Domain recovery appliance with the most recent data and operating environment to your designated recovery site within 24 hours.
4. We deliver on our promise of reliability and back it up with 24x7 phone and web support anytime you need to reach us.
